Have trouble choosing suitable team members? Or, wasting a lot of time creating a group?
Here’s why you should consider using our team generator tool!
1/ 4 Stages of Team Development
Before we get into how we can shorten the teamwork process, let’s take a look at the 4 stages of group formation found by Psychologist Bruce Tuckman in the infographic below:
Now, we focus on the first stage in team development – Forming stage. This process has been studied in-depth. However, the optimal method is debated. In reality, many groups tend to focus on building their performance more than the earlier stages. Therefore, in order to help you to have good teamwork right from the start, the team generator tool is here as your team formation assistant!
2/ Team generator for quick team building
Forming a good team requires careful selection of group members that ensure diversity and balance of skills and personality. To make the proper selection, team managers must know the other members’ backgrounds, skills, experiences, or personalities. It is a massive amount of work and commitment to collect that information and match them into teams. Current technologies for group formation are random assignments of groups that do not ensure each team’s balance and diversity.
Team formation can be facilitated quickly by using a team generator, a software that distributes members into groups via a set of conditions. If you’ve ever played online games, you’ve likely experienced or come across a team generator feature before! Since you can create teams based on players’ levels or server locations, it’s also called a team generator feature. Similarly, having a team generator tool for group work can help you create groups more logically, strategically in a shorter time, all while avoiding bias.
If you have trouble choosing members, then this feature is the perfect choice for you! With Pandos, there are two applications that can help you to build the best teams in seconds! Let’s see how we can help you.
