Pandos Intelligence Inc. (PI) is an educational technology company based in Ontario, Canada. PI’s main products are web-apps or integrated apps that facilitate team formation, team management and team assessment in post-secondary institutions.

Lam Thieu

Lam Thieu


Lam has 12 years of experience as an educator in Vietnam, Korea, the United States and Canada. He is passionate about using technology to improve engagement and foster proactive learning. He helps manage customer relationships and is in charge of the business structure and strategic development of Pandos. Lam is a former CEO and co-founder of the Vietnam Journal of Science, a non-profit scientific journal for the general public in Vietnam.

Sagal Aden


Sagal looks after our customers and is active across social media and other channels, learning from our users and spreading the word about Pandos. Her varied background – in sales, marketing, education and engineering – gives her a unique outlook on her day-to-day duties: She is a superb communicator and famously methodical! Sagal holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Sina Shaloudegi


Sina is an expert software developer specializing in developing AI algorithms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering, a Master of Science in IT  and another MSc, in Computer Science. He manages our software development team.

Muhammad Abdul Ahad


Muhammad holds an MSc in Thermal Power Engineering. He has 10 years of experience in international trading in China, Qatar and Pakistan. He was actively engaged in conducting inspections, checking quality control and managing coordination among clients, contractors and consultants. He was also accountable for developing sales strategies and building customer relations. Currently, he is pursuing an MSc in Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He joined Pandos in fall 2020.

Dr. JP Silva


JP Silva is an senior consultant with Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation at Ryerson University. Previously, he was the Director of Startup Services for the iBoost Zone, an early stage incubator also at Ryerson University. He was also a researcher at the University of Cambridge, where he studied how new technology-based ventures develop new products and services. He holds Licenciatura and MSc. degrees from the Technical University of Lisbon and a PhD. degree from the University of Cambridge.

Dr. Brian Bailey


Dr. Brian Bailey is a Professor in Computer Science at the University of Illinois. He conducts research in the area of human-computer interaction and his current focus is on algorithmic team formation tools and techniques for scaling feedback generation in design innovation courses. He is an ACM Distinguished Member and serves on the editorial boards of ACM Transactions on Computer-Human Interaction and the International Journal of Human Computer Studies.

Andrea Matheson


Andrea’s track record includes startup success and senior leadership in both the public and private sectors, and Andrea has used this background to bridge the gap between big business and entrepreneurship for over two decades. She’s had the privilege to work across technology and operations functions in Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, and Australia in industries including telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing.

Dr. Sean Wise


As a celebrated business speaker and one of North America’s leading mentors with an unmistakable passion for business, Dr. Sean Wise specializes in helping emerging and high growth potential organizations jump on the trajectory and turn a profit. He is a Professor of Entrepreneurship at Ryerson University, an award-winning author, and was a featured consultant on Canada’s popular Dragons’ Den business reality show series. Sean Wise helps business dreams become profitable realities.

Lil Blume


Lil Blume teaches communication skills to computer science students at the University of Toronto. Her workshop on creating a successful team has been part of the Ryerson University’s Design Solutions Supercourse for several years. She has also taught teamwork skills at the HCI International conference and Ryerson’s Start-Up School.
