We inquired 89 members of the online study, who were graduate and undergrad understudies in Canada, to review the proficiency of their current group from 1 to 10, where 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest. Most understudies evaluated their effectiveness 5-6 (45.2%) whereas many of them stated their teamwork a little above average (6.5%). Meanwhile, there’s a small group of understudies who decide their teamwork is evaluated at 7-8 (32.3%).

We too met eight instructors at Ryerson University and Seneca College and inquired the same questions. Interestedly, instructors have a more tolerance and understanding teamwork from the students point of view. Most of them grade students from good to excellent. As it were one teacher that was concerned about teamwork and graded them 5 out of 10.
