For those who may not have an account with Pandos just yet, we’re offering a free version of the OKR assistant that can be accessed without signing up. This means you can immediately start benefiting from AI-driven suggestions for your OKRs without any barriers. Simply visit Pandos OKR Assistant page and try it out, no strings attached. We’re confident that once you see how much time and effort the assistant saves, you’ll understand why this tool is a must-have for your team.
There are simply 5 steps to follow:
- Step 1 – Write your company’s vision and mission in the corresponding fields.
- Step 2 – Write the job title for which you want to generate the OKRs and click “Suggest Objectives”.
- Step 3 – Review the Objectives, leave the ones you want to keep and remove the ones you do not need. You can always modify the Objectives and generate more by clicking “Suggest More Objectives”.
- Step 4 – For each of the Objectives you want to generate a set of Key Results for, you can click on the “Suggest Key Results” button. The system will generate 3 Key Results based on this objective. Leave the ones you want to keep and remove the ones you do not need. You can always modify the Key Results and generate more by clicking “Suggest Key Results” again.
- Step 5 – [Optional] When you’re finished, you can enter your email address to have the OKRs you’ve created sent to your email.
